About Taj

I built Swastha because I was tired of systems that didn't work for my body.

I tried everything. The macro counts. The meal plans. The programs designed by people who didn't look like me, didn't live like me, didn't have hormones like mine. I had discipline. I had motivation. What I didn't have was a system built for how South Asian women actually live. So I stopped following blueprints and started paying attention to my own body.

What I discovered changed everything. Consistency isn't about willpower. It's about a system that actually lives with you. It's about knowing your bare minimum week, the version that survives when life gets messy. It's about building something you don't need to escape from.

I built Swastha from that realization.

Your personalized plan. Not generic. Not templated. Built around your body, your goals, your actual life. Your weekly rhythm that keeps you grounded without perfection. Your bare minimum week that works when everything else falls apart.

My approach is simple: consistency beats intensity. Your system should feel like freedom, not punishment. Discipline should make you trust yourself, not hate yourself. There is no finish line. There is no restart cycle. Just a life you actually want to keep living.

That's Swastha.
