You get three things:
A 1:1 onboarding call with me where we build your personalized dashboard — your meal plan, movement, and what I call your "Bare Minimum Week" (the version that survives when life gets messy)
Every Sunday: Swastha Sunday Reset (live)
A private community where you can ask questions, share wins, and connect with other South Asian women doing the same thing
It's not a program you "complete." It's a system that lives with you through the seasons.

You. Specifically.
You're a South Asian woman (or close enough to it that Western wellness was never built for your body). You've tried things. They worked for a little, then you fell off. You're tired of that cycle. You want community more than information. You want someone who gets it.
You're not looking for transformation. You're looking for a life you actually want to keep living.
That's Swastha.
-
No. Actually, that's the whole point.
Most of you have been in this cycle: work, fall off, blame yourself, restart. Every restart costs more: in money, time, self-regard. Swastha is built for the weeks when life wins. You don't restart. You recalibrate.
On Wednesday we do a mid-week check-in. On Sunday we reset. If you've been gone three weeks, that's fine. We adjust and you're back in.
-
No. There is no finish line.
The goal isn't to "complete Swastha." It's to build a life you actually want to keep living. You'll move through seasons (Winter Arc, Spring Reset, Hot Girl Summer, Fall Reset), but the container stays.
Founding members lock in $49.99/month for life. That's not a typo.
-
You're right, you probably do know what to do.
The problem isn't information. It's structure + community + someone who gets your body specifically.
Ojaswita said: "I'm not being able to be consistent past a year at a time." Soumya said: "I struggle with staying consistent and accountable." That's not laziness. That's a structure problem, not a knowledge problem.
Here's what's different: Your plan is built for your body, your life, and your worst week, not your best week. And you're not doing it alone.
-
The Sunday Reset is 1 hour, once a week.
Everything else is on you: your movement, your meals. But your Bare Minimum Week is designed so you can show up even in your worst week. Some weeks that's a 10-minute walk. Some weeks it's training 4x. Both count.

100% yes.
About 15% of applicants named PCOS/PMOS unprompted. The real number is higher. I'm building Swastha around that — not as a side topic, but as a load-bearing pillar.
The advice you've been getting (run more, eat less) doesn't work for your body. Swastha is built for bodies that don't respond to generic fitness protocol.
-
Yes. But I don't think you will.
The women who are going to stay are the ones who are tired of starting over. Once you have structure that works, you don't leave it. You grow into it.
